Continuous training and awareness programmes lead to high and consistent standards of health and safety at work. Malone has regularly won awards for their health and safety performance and has been awarded the NFRC Gold Award for Health and safety for three consecutive years.

Malone supports the MCG objectives of achieving a 100% CSCS registered workforce, so Malone has a 100% CSCS registered directly employed workforce. Malone hold a certificate of commitment to Gold Standard and a CHAS accreditation.
