We have a large directly employed work force to provide the skills and reliability required to deliver our projects. We recruit trainees so that the skills and expertise are transferred to the next generation of Roofers and Managers. Our sub-contractors are vetted and monitored to ensure that they too will deliver to our high standards. Our continual training programmes keep our team at the forefront in their field of expertise.
Malone Roofing was founded as a limited company by Mick and Lorraine Malone in 1979 undertaking mastic asphalt and built up felt roofing in the public and private sector. The company has since grown and expanded our services to include all flat roofing specialisms, pitched roofing and leadwork, standing seam roofing and cladding. We operate in the south of England.
We work closely with our supply chain partners to provide a full range of product offerings and guarantees. We can undertake design and carry PI insurance for our designed works.
