Malone Roofing working with Willmott Dixon and IKO have completed the roofing works on the new sterile services and aseptic pharmacy building at Adanac Health and Innovation Campus for the University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust. Malone Roofing installed over 2000m2 of the IKO Ultra Prevent roofing system to the main roof, the system included 210mm of non combustible MW insulation. A lower plant area of 180m2 was waterproofed using the IKO Permatec Hot Melt Roofing System. Our contract also included access hatches, AOV’s, freestanding guardrails and Latchways Mansafe systems.
