Moxy Hotel

The new Moxy Hotel & Novus Apartments project was built on the Old Library site in Slough. The development is part of the Slough Urban Renewal scheme that is about creating iconic buildings, open spaces and beautiful, modern homes for the people and business of Slough. 

Novus Apartments comprises 64, beautifully presented apartments, all delivered to a high specification. Sat alongside Novus Apartments is the UK’s first Moxy and Residence Inn double-decker hotel. The 244-room hotel complex forms part of the major development transforming the Slough’s former library site into a hub of residential, leisure and retail space, right in the heart of the town.

The roofing works consisted of 2000m2 of IKO PermTEC Hot Melt with finishes to various roofs and terraces on several different levels.
