Bauder built up felt insulated roof system, aluminium cappings, paving slab finishes to terrace area, install Bauder solar panel support system.
Malone provided cranage and netting for the setting up of their works to install on the steel frame building. The waterproofing comprised a Tata D46 Steel Deck, Bauder PIR tapered and flat board insulated built up felt roof system, using Bauder TEC KSD Mica, TEC Sprint Due and K4E Mineral. Finishes consisting of aluminium secret fix coping, Marshall Saxon paving slab terrace rea, Bauder solar panel support system, Solid rail freestanding guardrail, Monodraught sunpipes and Bilco roof ladder.
